David Davidge BA,LLB (UNSW). David has been practising law in Griffith and across the Riverina for over 25 years.
David was raised in Yenda and Griffith, before leaving to study at the University of NSW. After graduating David commenced in general practise with a respected local firm. Over the years he has worked in most fields of law (including Crime, Family, Environment and Planning Law), especially in advocacy (Court appearances). David has appeared in thousands of court cases, ranging from traffic matters in the Local Court, to instructing in Murder and Manslaughter trials in the District and Supreme Court. David comes from a local farming family and continues to have strong ties to people on the land and the townspeople who depend on them. David now works principally in criminal law advocacy. He is a member of the Serious Crime Panel for the Legal Aid Commission of NSW. David maintains strong links with his professional peers, and is active in the local community. Olivia Harris
Solicitor
Olivia Harris LLB, B.Comm. (UOW). Olivia achieved her Bachelor of Laws combined with a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Wollongong in 2006.
Since then, Olivia has practised as a criminal lawyer for the Aboriginal Legal Service in Sydney and Wollongong and more recently as an Associate Public Defender at Victoria Legal Aid in Melbourne. Olivia is a dedicated and passionate advocate with extensive experience in appearing in the Local and District Court of NSW. She is committed to ensuring fairness and high quality representation for those who come into contact with the criminal legal system. Olivia is also available to assist in Family Law matters. Olivia draws on her advocacy and negotiating skills to give practical assistance to people in need ensuring the best outcomes possible.

Phillip Alvaro

Phillip Alvaro BA, LLB (Macquarie University). Phillip has been practising law in Griffith and across the Riverina for over 30 years.
Phillip comes from a local family and was raised in Griffith before leaving to study at Macquarie University. After completing his degree Phillip commenced practising law in Condobilin, before relocating to Temora and Wagga Wagga.
Over the years Phillip has worked in various fields of law, including Crime, Family, Estate and Civil Law. Phillip had been in sole practise in Griffith for many years before commencing work at David Davidge Solicitor in 2016.
Phillip’s wealth of experience and considered approach brings effective and dignified solutions to often complex life issues.

Lauren Gale
Licensed Conveyancer
Lauren joined David Davidge Solicitor in 2011 as a Client Relationship Manager after spending 5 years as a Real Estate Agent.
Since completing her degree through Macquarie University, graduating in 2015, Lauren’s role has now expanded to include residential, commercial, retail and leasing conveyancing transactions.
With her excellent qualifications and strong background in real estate, Lauren brings a wealth of practical experience, up-to-date training and enthusiasm to our Conveyancing practise. Lauren is a certified PEXA member and frequently undertakes electronic conveyances during her practise.

Jason Crook
Solicitor
Jason Crook BCrim, LLB (University of New England). Jason first came to David Davidge Solicitor in 2014 to obtain work experience to compliment his studies. Jason has gained valuable knowledge of the operation of our practice, and our trusted methods of practice and procedure when looking after and acting for our clients.
In 2018, Jason graduated from the University of New England (UNE) with a Bachelor of Criminology and Bachelor of Laws. In 2019, Jason achieved his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Throughout Jason’s time with us he has gained experience in the various legal jurisdictions that our firm practices. These include criminal matters, civil claims, family, wills & estate law and conveyancing matters. Jason actively assisted in facilitating the smooth running of both Local, District and Supreme Court matters; liaising with clients, staff and other stakeholders. Since his admission, Jason has demonstrated a strong passion and level of commitment is assisting his clients and their families throughout a range of wills, succession, family law and deceased estate matters.

Adele Stinson
Solicitor
Adele Stinson BA (Western Sydney University), LLB (University of New England). Adele graduated from Western Sydney University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts before completing her Bachelor of Laws in 2018 from the University of New England.
Adele completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with David Davidge Solicitor in 2019 where she gained experience in a variety of legal practices and assisted in family law and civil matters and in the running of both Local and District Court matters. She was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales that year.
Following her admission and before returning to David Davidge Solicitor, Adele worked as a family law clerk for a reputable sole practitioner in the local area and has gained valuable experience in that area of law, particularly in relation to parenting matters.
Adele has an interest and experience in a diverse range of legal fields and jurisprudence and maintains a generalist practice in our firm.

Jacqueline Davidge
Practice Co-ordinator
Jacqueline Davidge commenced her court career 25 years ago in the Attorney-General’s Department of New South Wales, serving in the Local Court, Land & Environment Court, Industrial Relations Commission, Mental Health Review Tribunal, District Court and Supreme Court.
Jacqueline’s work included management and staff training in the Reporting Services Branch. Between court appointments, Jacqueline developed her human resources skills, working as a Consultant for a major personnel company. From 1996, Jacqueline worked in London as an Executive Personal Assistant for several international companies in both finance and law. Subsequently, six years as a District Court Judges’ Associate has given Jacqueline an intimate knowledge of court practice, protocol and procedure. As Practice Co-ordinator Jacqueline’s experience and knowledge will ensure that we provide effective solutions to your legal needs.

Janene Bagiante
Accounts/Payroll Manager
Janene commenced working with David Davidge at another local solicitor firm in 2004.
When David began his own practice in 2006 both Janene and Delia joined with David to establish the very successful and growing practice that he has today. Janene is the Accounts/Payroll Manager in our office. Janene is responsible for the everyday running of the Trust Account and general accounts. Janene is also experienced in dealing with any client enquiries in relation to police and traffic matters and is always happy to assist clients by dealing with matters and enquiries efficiently and discreetly.

Delia Forbes
Law Clerk
Delia has been employed locally as a Law Clerk for 31 years, much of that time as Personal Assistant to the senior practitioners at a respected local firm.
Delia offers genuine understanding and experience to assist client’s needs regarding criminal and traffic matters. Delia understands you have contacted our firm at a difficult time and the importance of handling your matter promptly with delicacy and discretion. Delia is the paralegal principally responsible for District and Supreme Court matters in our office. Delia is also an appointed Justice of the Peace.

Wendy Rigon

Wendy joined our practice in June 2018 as a Receptionist. Wendy has since become the law clerk principally responsible for the Local Court matters in our office.
Wendy has worked in the legal industry in various roles for over 10 years. Wendy brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience to compliment her role within our firm. Wendy is experienced in assisting clients who require legal aid and is available to help lodge applications to Legal Aid NSW. Wendy regularly assists with the preparation of administrative applications and liaises with each of the relevant stakeholders throughout the progression of Local Court matters. She is also able to effectively manage general legal enquiries for all other practice areas of our firm.

Nikita Withers

Nikita first came to our office to complete a school work placement in 2012.
Nikita commenced working with us as Receptionist in February 2016.
Since then, Nikita has taken care of many clients and matters with care and consideration. Nikita provides administrative support to each of the solicitors within our firm and has an in depth knowledge of the processes and procedure across various areas of law. Nikita is also a regular client liaison providing timely and informed information to our clients throughout the carriage of their matter.

Joanne Morriss

Joanne commenced working with us as Receptionist in July 2019.
Joanne previously worked within the local health system in both administrative and aged care roles.
Given her previous work experience, Joanne is able to effectively oversee new and existing client enquiries with the high level of thoughtfulness and professionalism required in what can often be stressful times. Joanne now primarily supports the family and civil law practitioners within our firm

Demi Dal Broi

Demi commenced working with us as a Receptionist and Law Clerk in 2021.
Demi is often the first point of contact with our clients and can manage all legal enquiries with interest and professionalism and direct those clients to the appropriate solicitors for advice. Demi primarily assists practitioners with the management of Local and District Court appearances, but also offers support in all areas of law our firm practices in. Demi is also completing her Bachelor of Laws through the University of New England.
